Privacy Policy

Nuve Studios LLC (“we,” “us”) built ChordCodex to respect your privacy. This policy explains what we handle. ChordCodex has no user accounts and no login.
Section 1
What we collect
- Purchases / subscription status. We use RevenueCat and Apple’s In-App Purchase to manage subscriptions, via an anonymous app-user identifier and purchase records (which product, trial/renewal status). We do not receive your name, email, or payment card — Apple processes payment.
- Your songs, jams, and settings. Stored locally on your device and, if you enable iCloud, synced through your own Apple iCloud account. We cannot read your iCloud data.
- Diagnostic logs. Basic, non-identifying operational logs may be used to keep the app working.
Section 2
What we do NOT do
- No advertising. ChordCodex shows no ads.
- No third-party tracking or data brokers. We do not track you across apps or sell data, and do not build a profile linked to your identity.
Section 3
Third parties
- Apple — app distribution, payments, iCloud (see Apple’s privacy policy).
- RevenueCat — subscription management (anonymous ID; see RevenueCat’s privacy policy).
Section 4
Your choices
- Cancel / manage subscriptions in App Store settings.
- Deleting the app removes local data; iCloud data is managed in your Apple account settings.
Section 5
Children
ChordCodex is rated 4+ and is not directed at collecting personal data from children. We do not knowingly collect personal information.
