Terms of Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ChordCodex for your own music-making. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app or its bundled content except as allowed by law.

ChordCodex offers auto-renewable subscriptions and a one-time purchase:

• Monthly — $5.99 / month
• Annual — $39.99 / year
• Lifetime — $79.99, one-time (not a subscription)

Subscriptions may begin with a 7-day free trial where offered. After any trial, the subscription renews automatically at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or current period ends. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Prices may vary by region and may change with notice. Purchases are processed by Apple under Apple’s terms; refunds are handled by Apple.

Don’t use the Service unlawfully, attempt to disrupt or breach it, or infringe others’ rights. Content you import or create remains yours; you’re responsible for having the rights to it.

ChordCodex, its name, logo, sounds, and software are owned by Nuve Studios LLC or its licensors and protected by law.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nuve Studios LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use means acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
